SAMEMES Travel Grant

SAMEMES will be granting two travel awards to local doctoral students, valued up to CHF 600, to recompense SAMEMES members for travel and lodgings for SAMEMES conferences. The awards (capped at two per conference) are for local doctoral and post-doctoral students not eligible for travel bursaries from their own institutions.

If you wish to be considered for the travel grant, please indicate this when submitting your abstract. These bursaries will be allocated based on eligibiltiy and the strength of the abstract.

Other Travel Grants

If you are a doctoral student or early career researcher (5 years post PhD) travelling from outside of Switzerland and you would like to be considered for a travel grant then please indicate this upon the submission of your abstract. If it is possible for the organisers to secure funding, then grants towards travel and accommodation will be issued based on eligibility and the strength of the abstract. International applicants will be expressly welcome.
