Conference registration and payment for the conference dinner is now live, and you can find the registration and e-payment system here. Please register before 22nd May 2026. If you have any issues with the payment system, or would like to alternatively pay by direct bank transfer, please get in touch with the conference organisers at samemes2026@unifr.com.
Registration pricing is as follows:

Conference Dinner
The conference dinner will consist of a three-course meal at a local Italian restaurant (Molino, Fribourg), still water, sparkling water, and wine are included, and the cost will be CHF60. The below menu options can be modified for any allergies or dietary needs, but please be sure to indicate any dietary requirements during registration.
The menu options are as follows:
Option Viande (Meat)
- Entrée : Petite salade mêlée de saison (seasonal mixed salad)
- Plat principal : Bœuf braisé “al Panorama” avec risotto au parmesan (braised beef ‘al Panorama’ with parmesan risotto)
- Dessert : Tiramisù
Option Poisson (Fish)
- Entrée : Petite salade mêlée de saison (seasonal mixed salad)
- Plat principal : Bar gratiné aux herbes avec risotto au citron (Herb-crusted sea bass with lemon risotto)
- Dessert : Tiramisù
Option Végétarienne (Vegetarian)
- Entrée : Petite salade mêlée de saison (seasonal mixed salad)
- Plat principal : Lasagne végétale aux légumes de saison, pesto et béchamel (Vegetable lasagna with seasonal vegetables, pesto, and bechamel)
- Dessert : Tiramisù
Refunds
In the event that you cannot attend the conference we can refund your conference registration fee and, if applicable, the dinner fee, if you cancel in writing (e-mail to the conference organisers) before 5th June 2026. Cancellations that reach us after this date will not be considered for a refund as we will need to commit to restaurant and catering payments and other conference related expenses.
